Listening & Support Hotline

Starting the journey of re-entry can be confusing and daunting for many people.

Our Listening & Support Hotline offers distance support and communication through the chat platform found at the bottom right of this web-page.

Sometimes, we're just a listener. Other times, we use our database of resources and staff to provide customized support for you. We may also offer our other services through this platform like resumes, and mentoring.

Please note:

  • Information, guidance, content, links, suggestions, responses, emails and chat of any type does not constitute professional counseling, nor should be considered a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

  • We are a small staff, and we may be unable to answer because we are helping someone else, or offline.

  • You can always email us with your contact information at info@FISTdc.org and we'll try our best to reach out to you as soon as possible.

If you need medical or emergency assistance, please call 9-1-1.
